Terms of Service

OVERVIEW

Blaze Social is operated by Veronque Group Of Companies Corp ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") and provides web and mobile platforms, apps, software, and services (collectively, the "Products") that let users connect, share content, mint NFTs, earn BlazePoints, and participate in rewards programs.

By accessing or using Blaze Social, you agree to follow these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use our Products.

BlazePoints are earned through engagement and cannot be purchased with real currency. Users under 18 may earn BlazePoints but cannot mint NFTs. NFT minting and other blockchain features are available only to users 18 years or older.

1. SERVICES PROVIDED

Blaze Social provides the following services:

  • 1.1 Personalized Experience: Content, NFTs, and community suggestions tailored to your activity.
  • 1.2 Connections: Interaction with people, communities, businesses, and NFT projects.
  • 1.3 Content & Communication: Posting, messaging, participating in communities, minting NFTs (18+), and using BlazePoints.
  • 1.4 Discover Content: Access personalized posts, NFTs, promotions, and BlazePoints offers.
  • 1.5 Safety & Security: Measures to maintain platform integrity, detect abuse, and enforce rules.
  • 1.6 Advanced Technologies: Use of AI, blockchain, and other tools to secure NFT minting, rewards, and personalization.
  • 1.7 Research & Improvement: Analyze usage to improve features and optimize NFT and reward systems.
  • 1.8 Consistent Experience: Access content, NFTs, and BlazePoints across all apps.
  • 1.9 Global Infrastructure: Data may be stored and processed globally to ensure service availability.

2. FUNDING AND REVENUE

Blaze Social is funded through sponsorships, promotions, BlazePoints transactions, and NFT sales. We never sell personal data. Your data may be used to personalize content, advertising, and offers in compliance with privacy laws.

3. USER COMMITMENTS

  • 3.1 Eligibility: Users must provide accurate information, maintain one personal account, and follow age restrictions (13+ for BlazePoints, 18+ for NFT minting). Sharing accounts or circumventing restrictions is prohibited.
  • 3.2 Behavior: No illegal, harmful, misleading, or infringing content. Respect others’ intellectual property. Avoid spam, malware, or disruptive actions.
  • 3.3 Permissions:
    • Content: You retain ownership but grant Blaze Social a license to host, display, and distribute your content.
    • NFTs: Minting gives Blaze Social necessary rights to track and facilitate transactions (18+ only).
    • BlazePoints: We track points and rewards to operate the system efficiently.
    • Profile Information: May be used to deliver services, rewards, and sponsored content.
    • Software Updates: You consent to updates that improve functionality and security.
  • 3.4 Intellectual Property: Blaze Social retains all intellectual property rights. Users must obtain permission for any commercial or derivative use of our content.

4. ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

Accounts may be suspended or removed for inactivity, repeated violations, NFT fraud, or misuse of BlazePoints. Users can request account deletion via in-app settings or email. BlazePoints and NFT access are removed when an account is deleted.

5. LIMITS OF LIABILITY

Blaze Social is provided “as is.” We are not liable for user-generated content, NFT transactions, BlazePoints usage, or other losses. These Terms may be updated with at least 30 days’ notice unless legally required otherwise.

6. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by Philippine law. Any disputes will be resolved by Philippine courts unless local law requires otherwise.
