IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE

By accessing or using Blaze Social, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all provisions of these Terms, you must not access or use our Services.

These Terms contain provisions that limit our liability to you and require you to resolve disputes with us through binding arbitration on an individual basis, not as part of any class or representative action.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this document, provide notice through the Services (in-app notification), or send email notification for significant changes. We will provide at least 30 days' notice for changes that materially reduce your rights. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Services. We may also require you to explicitly re-accept terms at any time.

Additional Terms and Policies

These Terms incorporate by reference the following additional policies and agreements: Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Community Guidelines, Blaze Points Terms, NFT Marketplace Terms, Payment Terms, and Copyright Policy. All of these documents are part of your agreement with us. In case of conflict between these Terms and additional policies, these Terms control unless the additional policy expressly states otherwise. Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver.

Core Social and Engagement Features

Content Creation and Sharing: Create and share posts, photos, videos, stories, and other media content. Social Interaction: Like, comment, share, and react to content. Messaging: Send direct messages, create group chats. Profile Management: Create and customize profiles, manage privacy settings. Discovery: Explore trending content, discover new users and communities. Following System: Follow users, pages, and topics. We do not guarantee the continued availability of any specific feature and may remove features at any time without notice. User content may be scanned or analyzed by automated systems.

Gamification, Rewards, and Blaze Points System

Blaze Points: Earn virtual points through engagement (available to users 13+). Challenges and Events: Participate in platform-wide challenges. Leaderboards: Compete with other users. Achievements: Unlock badges and milestones. Rewards Redemption: Exchange Blaze Points for rewards (18+ via GCash). Points have no cash value until redeemed and can be revoked for any reason. We are not responsible for lost points due to technical errors or account compromise.

Solana Blockchain and NFT Marketplace (18+ Only)

Post-only NFT Minting: Create NFTs from posts on Solana. Marketplace Trading: Buy, sell, and trade NFTs. Wallet Connection: Connect Web3 wallets (MetaMask, Phantom). Collection Management: Organize NFT collections. Creator Tools: Access NFT creator tools. All transactions are final and blockchain data is permanent. We have no control over blockchain network fees or congestion. Minting content you do not own is strictly prohibited.

SERVICE AVAILABILITY AND DISCONTINUATION

We reserve the unqualified right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time, with or without notice, at our sole discretion. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services or any features thereof, including the loss of user data or Blaze Points.

You must provide accurate information and maintain only one personal account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. Choose a strong password and enable two-factor authentication. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security requirements.

You retain ownership of content you create. By posting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your content. This license continues even after you stop using the Services. We own all rights to the Services, trademarks, and branding. You may not use our intellectual property without express written permission.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. ANY MATERIAL DOWNLOADED OR OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICES IS DONE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

VERONQUE GROUP OF COMPANIES CORP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES; OR (III) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.
