We analyze this using automated systems. Financial and Transactional Data: We collect payment method details, billing addresses, transaction history, and blockchain wallet addresses for NFT activity. We use secure third-party processors but maintain records of all platform-related financial movements.

Device and Technical Metadata: We automatically collect device identifiers (IMEI, advertising ID), OS version, browser types, IP addresses, and network connection characteristics. Usage and Behavioral Telemetry: We track content engagement patterns, navigation history, search queries, click-stream data, and feature utilization. Information is shared with other users (public profile and posts), service providers (hosting, payments, blockchain), and advertising partners (tracking identifiers). We disclose information for legal reasons in response to court orders or government requests and during business transfers such as mergers. Your NFT transactions are inherently public on the Solana blockchain and visible to the global network. We do not sell your personal data but share it with necessary processing partners to provide the full suite of Blaze Social features.

You may request access to or correction of your data through account settings. Deletion requests will result in removal from public view, though some data is retained for legal compliance for specified periods. You can opt out of marketing communications via provided links. Blockchain-recorded data is permanent and cannot be deleted or modified by us or any third party.

Users must be 13+ for general access and 18+ for financial/NFT features. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Providing false information regarding age is a violation of our terms and will lead to account termination and potential data forfeiture.

IMPORTANT: PERMANENT PUBLIC RECORD

ANY ACTIVITY ON THE SOLANA BLOCKCHAIN, INCLUDING NFT MINTING AND TRANSACTIONS, CREATES A PERMANENT, PUBLIC, AND IMMUTABLE RECORD. YOUR WALLET ADDRESS AND TRANSACTION HISTORY WILL BE VISIBLE TO ANYONE WITH INTERNET ACCESS. WE CANNOT REMOVE OR MODIFY DATA ON THE BLOCKCHAIN.
