1. AGE REQUIREMENTS

  • 1.1 The Service is for users 13 years and older.
  • 1.2 Users under 18 can use general features like posting, liking, commenting, and earning Blaze Points.
  • 1.3 NFT minting, digital wallet connections, and blockchain transactions require users 18 and older.
  • 1.4 By using age-restricted features, you confirm you meet the age requirements.

2.1 Information You Provide

  • Account registration details (name, username, email, password, date of birth, profile picture)
  • Payment and wallet info for Blaze Points rewards (18+ for wallets)
  • Content posted, comments, likes, and interactions
  • Customer support requests and participation in promotions/events

  • Device & log info (IP, device model, OS, access times, pages visited)
  • Location info with consent (GPS/device location)
  • Usage info (posts, likes, comments, challenges completed, Blaze Points earned/redeemed)

3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

  • Provide, maintain, and improve Blaze Social
  • Process Blaze Points, including rewards and GCash transfers (18+ for wallets)

5. BLAZE POINTS

  • Blaze Points are virtual points earned through activities.
  • Redeemable for rewards like GCash (wallet features require 18+).
  • Points are non-transferable, non-sellable, and forfeited on account deletion.
  • The Company may modify or suspend Blaze Points anytime.

6. NFT & DIGITAL WALLET FEATURES (18+)

  • NFT minting converts posts into blockchain collectibles.
  • Wallet connections allow NFT interactions.
  • Transactions are permanent; the Company is not responsible for losses.
  • Users must understand blockchain risks before use.

7. DATA RETENTION

  • Personal data is retained as necessary for business or legal purposes.
  • Deleted accounts: data removed in 30 days; backups within 90 days.
  • Financial records may be retained 5–7 years.
  • Inactive accounts (2+ years) may be deleted with notice.

8. SECURITY

Information is stored on secure servers with SSL/TLS. Access is limited to authorized personnel. No system is completely secure.

9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Blaze Social is not directed to children under 13. Accounts under 13 are prohibited and deleted immediately. Parents/guardians of 13–17-year-olds can request access or deletion of their child’s data.
